Chemistry Call
We begin with a chemistry call to understand your requirements, explore your priorities, and determine how best we can support you. This conversation allows us to align on expectations and begin building a trusted working relationship.
Bespoke Support Package
Following our initial call, we will design a tailored support package based on your specific needs and areas of focus. Together, we’ll refine this to ensure it reflects the level and type of support you require. Your package will be reviewed every three months to ensure it continues to meet your evolving needs.
Contract & Invoicing
Once your bespoke package is agreed, we will provide a contract for your review and signature. An invoice will follow in line with the agreed terms.
Onboarding & Commencement
Before we begin, we’ll guide you through a short onboarding phase. During this time, we’ll finalise any outstanding details, including access permissions and relevant personal information, to ensure we are fully equipped to support you from day one.
